From the Lord's good earth to your mornin' cup. Our Bali Blue single-origin coffee is a rare and captivating expression of Indonesian coffee craftsmanship. Grown by smallholder farmers in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali at elevations between 1,200 and 1,600 meters, these Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor variety beans thrive in rich volcanic loam soil. Hand-picked with care, then wet-hulled and dried on raised beds in the traditional Indonesian style — a process that gives Bali Blue its distinctively bold, earthy character.

Crafted by faithful hands, blessed by volcanic soil. The result is a rich, complex medium-dark roast with a deep tasting profile of dark chocolate, sweet molasses, and warm brown sugar.
