Where coffee was born. Our Ethiopia Sidama single-origin coffee is a tribute to the ancient origins of the world's most beloved beverage. Sourced from smallholder farmers in the renowned Sidama Zone at elevations between 1,700 and 1,900 meters, these rare Indigenous Heirloom Cultivar beans grow in rich Nitisol soil — some of the most fertile earth on the planet. Each lot is sorted by hand and dried naturally on raised beds, a time-honored process that allows the fruit to fully infuse the bean with extraordinary depth of flavor.

The result is a bright, elegant medium-light roast with a luscious tasting profile of creamy milk chocolate, vibrant fruit, and a warm caramel sweetness. Delicate, complex, and deeply memorable — it's a cup that connects you to the very roots of coffee culture.
