Sunshine and sweetness from the heart of Central America. Our Costa Rica single-origin coffee is a testament to the precision and passion of micro-farm craftsmanship. Grown by small-scale farmers in the lush highlands of Alajuela at elevations between 1,300 and 1,445 meters, these Caturra and Catuai variety beans thrive in rich volcanic loam soil before undergoing an eco-pulped process and being carefully dried under the Costa Rican sun — a method that preserves the bean's natural sweetness while minimizing environmental impact.

The result is a beautifully clean medium roast with a bright, inviting tasting profile of sweet apple, plump raisin, and golden honey. Crisp, sweet, and endlessly refreshing — it's a cup that feels like a warm afternoon in the tropics.
