Bold, warm, and deeply satisfying. Our Honduras single-origin coffee is a celebration of community and craft. Sourced from over 1,500 grower-members of Café Orgánico Marcala in the La Paz region, these Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica variety beans are cultivated at elevations between 1,300 and 1,700 meters in rich clay mineral soil, then fully washed and sun-dried to bring out their full character.
The result is a bold, warming medium-dark roast with a rich tasting profile of smooth caramel, aromatic spice, and a lingering brown sugar sweetness. Robust and comforting — it's the kind of cup that anchors your morning and carries you through the day.
