Complexity in every cup. Our Nicaragua single-origin coffee is a beautifully crafted expression of Matagalpa's finest growing conditions. Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Molino Norte region at elevations between 900 and 1,590 meters, these Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema variety beans are grown in rich clay mineral soil before undergoing a meticulous fully washed process — fermented for 12 to 14 hours, then carefully dried on patios and raised beds to preserve every nuance of flavor.

The result is an elegant medium roast with a layered tasting profile of rich cocoa, delicate floral notes, and a bright citrus finish. Refined, expressive, and endlessly satisfying — it's a cup that reveals something new with every sip.
