Our Papua New Guinea single-origin coffee comes from the misty highlands of Chimbu Province, where small agricultural cooperatives tend Bourbon and Typica variety beans at 1,350 meters above sea level. Grown in rich volcanic loam soil and fully washed before being dried under the sun, every step of the process is a testament to the dedication of the farmers who grow it.

The result is a smooth, inviting medium roast with a warm tasting profile of sweet caramel, golden honey, and a gentle hint of fruit. Comforting and complex in equal measure — it's a cup that feels like a discovery.
