From the highlands of Africa to your morning cup. Our Tanzania single-origin coffee is a testament to the art of careful cultivation. Grown by small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya Region at elevations between 1,200 and 1,900 meters, these Bourbon and Kent variety beans thrive in rich clay mineral soils before being fully washed and dried on raised beds — a process that preserves every nuance of flavor.
The result is a bright, elegant medium-light roast with a delicate tasting profile of sweet pear, fresh strawberry, and beautiful floral notes of jasmine. Light, refined, and utterly captivating — it's the kind of cup that makes you slow down and pay attention.
